XXIV Encontro Nacional de Astronomia e Astrofísica - ENAA
O XXIV Encontro Nacional de Astronomia e Astrofísica (ENAA) terá lugar no Porto, na Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, nos dias 17 e 18 de Julho de 2014.
Este encontro é organizado pelo Laboratório de Sistemas, Instrumentação e Modelação em Ciências e Tecnologias do Ambiente e do Espaço (SIM) em colaboração com a Sociedade Portuguesa de Astronomia (SPA).
The Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (FEUP), with the support of Sociedade Portuguesa de Astronomia (SPA) will organize the XXIV Encontro Nacional de Astronomia e Astrofísica (ENAA). The meeting will take place on the 17th and 18th of July 2014 in Porto.
These meetings take place annually, and gather the Portuguese astronomical community to discuss the most important developments in several topics regarding astrophysical research and development in Portugal.
The meetings are composed of several presentations and discussion sessions with special relevance to the community: the strategic goals of the Portuguese astronomical community and the participation of Portugal in international organizations, such as the European Southern Observatory - ESO and the European Space Agency - ESA.
ENAA meetings provide an ideal opportunity for discussing recent results and achievements of Portuguese astronomical research, and for fostering collaborations between the participants and national institutes. They are an unique opportunity for young researchers to present their work and interact with the full wealth of the Portuguese astronomical community.

4. Galaxies and Cosmology
5. Facilities, Technologies and Data Science
6. Education, Outreach and Heritage
7. High Energy Phenomena and Fundamental Physics
